During a large software implementation project, McConnell Dowell were undergoing a discovery process to understand their user needs and requirements. A key part of this was building out a library of User Persona's that could be used for a variety of purposes across the project by anyone involved.
My Process
Before considering the output, it's important to first define the problem we are trying to solve and the outcome we are trying to achieve.
Designing personas because we want to tick a box, or because a medium article told us we probably should, is never a good start to any initiative.
